Apprenticeships have had a great tradition at ALESA for decades.

During the 3 or 4 year training period, you will pass through a wide range of different departments and areas as an apprentice. You will be trained and encouraged by our vocational trainers at all times, all in accordance with the training plans of the industry associations.
